After a few days in Osaka, and a fun day visiting Universal Studios, it was time to hit the roade. Dennis and I had found a good deal on renting scooters for one month, about $10 a day. With our tent in hand, we loaded our new bikes and drove away from Osaka. The internet is useful, as it shows us the road numbers and campsites available to us along the way. Our first night of caming, would be spent on an island on Japan's biggest lake, called; Lake Biwa. Driving through some mountain roads, seeing some buddhas, and camping in Japan. All in all, day one was a success!
